Changes

The bike ride to Amponstilahy (at 536 elevation) is about 14 kilometres on a mostly flat countryside road. From there, after crossing the river, walking may be better and the onwards trek to [[Tsaramandroso]] (at 727 altitute) is about three kilometres and [[Tanambao (Andapa)|Tanambao]] (782 altitute) is another three kilometres.
