Lake Kavitaha - also called ''Lac Kavitaha'' - is located west of [[Antananarivo]] in the Ampefy area. The small village of [[Ampefy]] is situated along the shore of the lake. The village offers several hotels and restaurants and is an ideal destination for day or weekend trips from Tana.<br><br>
