Changes

Nosy Lava (Long Island) is the most northern island of the [[Mitsio Archipelago]] in Madagascar. The island is 3,5 kilomtres long, 1,5 kilometres wide and covered by vegetation. The highest summit is 160 metres. At low tide a beach stretches along the northern part of the island. In the past the island was used as a prison island housing some of the most nasty criminals of Madagascar. Although the prison is closed by now,some of the former inmates are still living there.
