Nosy Tsarabanjina is an island part of [[Mitsio Archipelago]]. The island features two beautiful beaches and a couple of offshore islets and is a popular destination amongst honeymooners and divers.

There is one resort on the island with 18 wooden bungalows, a restaurant and a PADI diving school. In addition to diving, various activities, such as windsurfing, water skiing, sailing, tennis, snorkelling and deep-sea fishing are offered by the resort
[[Air Madagascar]] flights between [[Nosy Be]] and [[Diego Suarez]] usually pass over Nosy Tsarabanjina and the [[Mitsio Archipelago]].
