When visiting one of the national parks in the SAVA region, such as the Marojejy National Park Sambava and Andapa or Anjanaharibe-Sud Special Reserve close to Adnapa, vsitors will pass through Sambava, the de facto world capital of vanilla. Not to be missed is a tour of a vanilla plantation and processing facility.
What visitotr can expect to see depends on the time of the year and activities which are ongoing at the time.
