There are several islands named Nosy Antsoha. This Nosy Antsoha refers to a small islet part of the Mitsio Archipelago located northeast of Nosy Be, in the northwest of Madagascar.

Nosy Antsoha forms together with Nosy Betalinjona, Nosy Betanihazo and Nosy Beangovo the Quatre Frères (The four brothers), four small islets of silver basalt.
