Nosy Ankarea is a small island part of the [[Mitsio Archipelago]] and is located north-east of [[Nosy Be]] in Madagascar.
The island is home to many succulent plants. From the peak of the highest mountain (219 metres) one has a spectacular view over the archipelago .
