Changes

Nosy Ankarea is a small island part of the [[Mitsio Archipelago]] and in the north of Madagascar. The island is located north-east of [[Nosy Be]] in Madagascar.

The island is surrounded by some beaches and home to many succulent plants. Due to various fadys the forest of Nosy Ankarea is relatively undisturbed. From the peak of the highest mountain (219 metres) one has a spectacular view over the archipelagoMitsio Archipelago and surrounding reefs.
