La Rosace‘s is managed by Rosace who is half-Malagasy and half-Comorian and who will surprise you with the occasional sweets baked using real vanilla, which is a rarely used ingredient even in the world-capital of vanilla.Make sure to try the tea, made with Ravimbafotsy (Arbre), a touch of cinnamon and natural vanilla.
