La Medina is a hotel, spa, restaurant and shisha lounge in the Isoraka district of central Antananarivo, a short walk from Presidential Palace and the tourism, shopping and business districts of the capital.

The charming boutique hotel has nine rooms across three floors in three different room categories; Standard, Deluxe and Prestige.
All rooms have a private bathroom, cable TV and WiFi. The Standard rooms with double bed cost 75,000 Ariary/25€. The Deluxe rooms with an additional sitting area cost 95,000 Ariary/30€. The Prestige rooms at 130,000 Ariary/40€ have the additional sitting area, an office space, minibar and the best views.

A tea room, Le Kawa du Riad, serves breakfast from 6am and snacks and various oriental sweets such as baklava throughout the day.
The hotel is suited for both holiday makers and business visitors. Airport transfers can be booked at the reception which is open 24 hours. Laundry and ironing services are available to guests. The La Medina restaurant offers a variety of oriental and Indian meals.
La Medina Day Spa, which is part of the hotel, also welcomes non-hotel guests for a wide range of massages and body treatments in an oriental atmosphere. La Medina is one of the largest and most varied spa treatment the facilities in Antananarivo, offering more than 40 massage techniques performed by professionally trained masseuses.
Amongst others, the following massages are available: Swedish massage, Finnish hot oil massage, Royal Sultan massage (massage with 3 masseuses), hot stone massage, relaxing milk massage, chocolate massage, Ayurveda massage, foot reflexology etc.
La Medina's Spa Packages can take up to several hours, combine various treatments such as massages, body scrubs, facial care, manicure with sauna or hammam.
Visitors can end their treatment in the La Medina restaurant or in the popular shisha lounge which also serves food and drinks. La Medina is open from Tuesday to Sunday between 10am and 10pm.
