La Medina is a small boutique hotel, spa, restaurant and shisha lounge located in the Isoraka district of Antananarivo, near the Presidential Palace and various shopping districts.

This charming hotel offers nine rooms across three floors and in three different categories: Standard, Deluxe and Prestige. The Standard rooms with double bed cost 75,000 Ariary. The Deluxe rooms with an additional sitting area cost 95,000 Ariary. The Prestige rooms at 130,000 Ariary also have an additional sitting area and office space, minibar and views onto the street. All rooms include a private bathroom, cable TV and WiFi access.
The La Medina restaurant offers a variety of oriental meals and in particular an excellent Indian tandoori kitchen. A tea room, Le Kawa du Riad, serves breakfast from 6am and various oriental snacks and sweets such as baklava throughout the day.
Part of the hotel, La Medina Day Spa, offers hotel guests and day visitors a wide range of massages and body treatments in an oriental atmosphere. With more than 40 massage techniques performed by professionally trained masseuses, La Medina is perhaps the most varied spa treatment facilities in the capital.
