Since 2019 Cotisse offers the route between Diego and Antananarivo. The bus leaves Tana about noon and depending on road conditions can be expected to arrive in Diego about 28-30 hours later, so between 4pm and 6pm the following day. In the other direction, the departure from Diego is at around 8am and can be expected in Tana between noon and 2pm.

The price for the tickets is 90,000 Ar (April 2019). The tickets bought can only be used for the complete stretch, so unfortunately it's not possible to break the journey down in parts by a stay-over in [[Ambanja]] for example without buying two separate tickets for the complete route.
