US Embassy Antananarivo

Located along the roadside about halfway between Ivato International Airport and Antananarivo is highly fortified structure housing the US Embassy. Built around 2009 in similar architechture to US embassies elsewhere in the world, this modern-style huge ugly building is unmissable in a Malagasy setting.
