The Betsimisaraka village Navana is located near Maroantsetra in the Bay of Antongila (also called Helodranon' Antongila) on the north east coast of Madagascar. Granite boulders along the beach remind of the Seychelles.
Navana is the last village accessible by boat before heading into the wild direction Antalaha. Starting in Maroantsetra, it is also possible to reach Navana by foot or even bicycle.
