Flight from Tana to Maroantsetra, located on the Masoala Peninsula on the northeast coast of Madagascar. Someone will welcome and assist you. Transfer to the harbour where we will take a local boat on Antenambalana River, drive about 4h to landing stage Andaparaty.

Picnic lunch on the riverside. This will be a long and strenuous day of hiking (2h), with over 700m of elevation along this bulky mountain with its large caldera. Only the strong people can do this trip and it is necessary to spend the night camping on the mountain!<br>
