Rhum Arrangé

Rhum Arrangé refers to a selection of home made rum distilled from sugarcane and aged in large bottles with various fruits and spices, especially lychee, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and coffee. Rhum Arrangé is offered in most restaurants in Madagascar.
