Prulab is a vanilla analysis laboratory performing physico-chemical analysis humidity and vanillin properties of vanilla, which are two important measures of the quality of the vanilla bean, vanilla cuts or powder products.
The laboratory was started in 2021 by Olivier Ratsimbano, a Natural Scientist from Antananarivo and is the first independent vanilla laboratory in the region. The service aims to provide fast and accurate analysis to collectors and exporters located mainly in the SAVA region, which can help them determine the price for their crop and products.
