Lunch and dinner is served in the spacious palm thatched restaurant and bar area. Simple or Continental breakfast is served in the rooms or in the restaurant. The hotel ground includes a small but beautiful tropical garden with palms, banana, ylang ylang, noni (morinda) and various flowering plants.

Palma Nova is a popular meeting place which offers special event and catering for up to 500 people, weddings, birthday parties etc. During football tournaments, live matches are displayed on a screen in the restaurant and bar area.
In cooperation with [Libertalia Aventure https://libertalia-aventure.comLibertalia Aventure], Palma Nova offers various activities including mountain biking, trekking and kayaking. Whilst exploring the region of [[Sambirano]] with its immense plantations, Palma Nova with its tours supports individual projects in some of the villages. Tours offered include:
