The set up procedure for adding new banners is detailed below:
* Create image in [http://www.gimp.org GIMP] 147x85
* Add text or move text on top. Sans Bold 13 / hinting and antialiasing. Position 6 pixels down if on top and 4 pixels up if on bottom.
* Save as xcf/png/jpeg/gif
* Add png, jpg or gif to to array in [[MediaWiki:Common.js]] (image/link-target/preload)
