Bealanana

The small town of Bealanana is located about 129 kilometres northeast from Antsohihy, at the foot of the Tsaratanana Massif. Due to the high altitude, the climate provides plenty of rainfall and enables fruitful farming. The Tsaratanana Strict Nature Reserve is located 57 kilometres north of Bealanana.
