Andapa

Andapa is a town and district by the same name in northern Madagascar. The population was measured in 2001 at 27,618. The area is part of the Sava Region in the Antsiranana Province. About 90% of the inhabitants are farmers, producing coffee, tomatostomatoes, vanilla and especially rice. Much of North Madagascar's rice is grown herein this region.
