The property covers an area of 3 hectares, nestled within a garden of tropical plants and trees. Accommodation includes 19 standard rooms for 2 persons and 4 family bungalows equipped with TV, fridge, tea cooker and shower/WC. Wifi is available in the rooms on request and offers a fast connection. Just ask at the reception for the portable Flybox modem. Some but not all rooms have a view of the surrounding hillscapes, including the silhouette of Tana in the distance.
A large restaurant and several outside terraces as well as a barbeque area offer a mix of Malagasy and European meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Green Club in Vontovorona with its three function rooms can cater to small or large events, conferences, weddings, birthday parties etc. The main restaurant building next to the pool can host up to 250 people, a conference building has space for 150 guests and a smaller hall for up to 80 guests.

Various aromatic massages using natural [[HomeoPharma]] products are available at the [https://www.facebook.com/vaniala.centre Vaniala Spa] in addition to hamman, sauna, Jacuzzi and a small fitness room as well as a beauty centre with hairdresser. A range of HomeoPharma products can be bought in the shop next to the reception. There is also an outside meditation area and volleyball ground.

The surrounding countryside is ideal for hiking along rice fields and hillsides with spectacular views of the [[Merina]] highlands. One particular hike, approximately 3-4 hours, leads to [[Antsahadinta Rova]] which includes a small village and school and where several ancient royal tombs can be found.
